Machine Shop Services
Machining services are available to IIT faculty, staff and students through the MMAE
Department Machine shop. This is a full service research and prototype machine shop
located in Engineering1 bldg., room 047. The shop contains a full compliment of manual
and CNC machines, as well as precision measurement and inspection equipment. The machine
shop is a valuable resource for everyone from the undergraduate level to the faculty at
