A quick note on the mailto: command, which allows you to send e-mail directly to a person by clicking on his/her name. If this function doesn't appear to work for you, contact your local university computing services and inquire about which SMTP server to use and instructions on how to configure your browser to support this rather practical function.
To send a message to all users, download fluidfaculty.txt, which is a text file of all e-mail addresses. Using your preferred terminal program, you can paste this text file into the TO: field on your e-mail program and send a mass message to all participants.
